I do think positivism is self-refuting, as I've argued in some articles and as has been well-established for around a century.

Psychology has colonized some traditional philosophical topics such as the nature of happiness. Whether psychology has made a genuine science out of those issues is another question. The soft sciences are often partly scientific and partly philosophical, so they wouldn't exactly replace philosophy.
