I can't evaluate your proposal's technical economic merits because I'm not an economist.

I like the idea of subjecting economic transactions to a moral code that favours all people equally. I suspect, though, that the proposal is utopian if it depends on a global moral revolution that leads us to think of ourselves as being united by our humanity instead of divided by our religions, nationality, ethnicity, families, and so on.
