I agree that we shouldn't be partisan about anything, including transhumanism or progressive politics. This article may be somewhat one-sided, but in lots of other articles I critique modernity, scientism, capitalism, consumerism, and even the concept of progress. I emphasize different parts of my worldview in different articles, but you don't get a sense of the total view unless you read a representative sample of the articles. You can find some related ones below.

But I would hardly say that resistance is futile or that progress is inevitable. On the contrary, the matter is urgent precisely because social progress is so precarious. Retrograde conservatives have an outsized influence because of their masculine energy, whereas the more civilized, forward-looking side of society tends to be more decadent and thus inept in politics. Hence, it's still 50/50 odds between Trump and Biden whereas the Democrats should be crushing the Trumpian GOP.
