I've written an article that contrasts individualistic and collectivist societies, but more in the religious rather than the political context. I've also written separately on individualism, libertarianism, and Chinese collectivism.

I haven't written much on terrorism, at least not for some years. Right-wing Christian terrorism is more prominent in the US now than the Islamist kind, and I've written a lot on Trumpism. But I'll see if I can think of a new angle on Islamist terrorism.
