He's combative when challenged, but I think she did challenge him with her question in that video. His answer, though, is pat. He says we should focus on our individual responsibility, and the collective decisions (such as on climate change) will take care of themselves. And he points out that he's a psychologist, so that's how he sees it. It's like the user of a hammer seeing everything else as a nail to be hammered.

I don't know how combative those Q&A panels usually are. I've seen some with Richard Dawkins that were pretty fiery. But debates can get heated.

Peterson's response reminded me of his initial video that went viral, when he was surrounded by young leftists who were hounding him, and he appeared to keep his cool under fire. Certainly, Peterson doesn't come across as a Christian, in an any case. There's little real humility there. His intellectual ego gets the better of him in such conflicts.
