Have a look at my articles on this satirization thesis (links below). I don't say the Jews wrote explicit works of satire in their scriptures. First of all, the Jewish scriptures belong to various genres, not just one. Second, I say "Judaism was an implicit satire on theocracy." My point is about the philosophical upshot of Jewish monotheism, not about what Jews may have consciously thought they were doing.

Still, if you assume that Jewish monotheism amounts to a satirical take on theistic religions and theocracies, you can explain everything from Judaism's relative lack of theological speculation, to Jews' pragmatic emphasis on excelling in worldly terms (their expertise in banking, law, and so forth), and their famously comedic perspective (the prevalence of Jews in comedy).
