Combining philosophy/science and religion gives us pantheism. Anthony Kronman recently made that case at great length in Confessions of a Born-Again Pagan. Spinoza, Einstein, and other mystical scientists and philosophers (such as Schopenhauer) had similar inklings.

And indeed, that's what I argue too. It's not just my idiosyncratic theology, though, even if I do argue for it in my way. For example, I add cosmicism and existentialism to the mix.
