But the burning of fossil works in that it's a real fuel, so that's not entirely a fraud. True, fossil fuel companies have been lying about the costs of this business, but it's a real business that largely does what it says it does. In the long run, this business may do more harm than good, but that doesn't mean it's wholly a fraud. Yet that's one of the three features of a Ponzi scheme, I think.
