But I addressed that in the article. Not all collateral damages or civilian casualties would naturally be considered "assassinations," since a soldier wouldn't bother to sneak up on an unarmed civilian. You'd just shoot the undefended person in the open. Assassination is a matter of secret, underhanded attacks, and you'd employ those methods mainly against very well-defended targets, namely elite ones.
