As I said, strictly speaking, tools tend to be held in your hand. A vehicle holds you in a seat. But there's also a broad sense of "tool" in which anything that helps you achieve a goal is a tool. For instance, education would be a tool in that sense. And if a vehicle helps you get from here to there more quickly, vehicles are tools in that broad sense. And I said, that's only a semantic question of labels.

The psychologist Robert Hare coined the term "subcriminal psychopath." it means someone who has psychopathic tendencies but has learned to control them to avoid facing the consequences for his recklessness and who excels at business and politics. The point is that not all psychopaths are in prison, and some hide in positions of power.
