Art under Christendom was propaganda, not neo-shamanic and critical as it should have been. I've written about this elsewhere, but what's destroying late-modern art isn't liberalism exactly but capitalism and technological advances.

It's confusing talking about "Democrats" and "Republicans," since they switched their allegiances to the ends of the more abstract political spectrum. Democrats used to stand for racism, but who cares? What matters is the difference between liberalism and conservatism.
