Are you saying that transhumanism would be too egalitarian for Nietzsche? Certainly, Nietzsche would say godlike beings should earn their godhood by being able to overcome the harsh facts of natural life. If capitalistic transhumanism means that anyone could become godlike just by having the money to pay for it, and if the price will eventually come down, that wouldn't be a Nietzschean scenario. Those ascendent people would be closer to Nietzsche's "last men."
Presumably, we could try to program AI to have a certain character or set of attitudes, but if these synthetic minds were indeed sentient, they'd have to be independent, at least eventually when they've "grown up." In that case, they'd develop their version of values by themselves.
In any case, I doubt any of this will come to pass as we expect. Some sci-fi novel somewhere may accidentally get it right, but no one really knows how or if any of this will unfold.
