And you're basically strawmanning the argument, which is about the scientific status of psychiatry. True, I'm just assuming here, for the sake of argument, that religion and egoistic capitalism are crazy in commonsensical terms. That's because my argument is essentially counterfactual: How would psychiatry deal with crazy norms? It would have to pick between standards philosophically, losing its scientific credentials in the process. Psychiatry gives religion and egoism a pass on largely arbitrary or cultural grounds.

Nowhere do I say that anyone who disagrees with this is crazy. I simply show how the psychiatric concept of mental disorder works.
